ANALYSIS OF LEXICAL MEANS EXPRESSING ITERATIVITY IN ENGLISH

Abstract

Quantitative aspectuality refers to iterative meanings of countable repeated, multiple, or single action events. One of them focuses on determining the expression of semelfactive verbs in time, that is, the realization of the same, non-stop, similar small actions of a single subject in a certain time course, which exists in the verb lexeme.
