Abstract

In the article, it is presented that the content supply cylinder is pushed into the discretization zone between the cross-section surface in the process of work, and that this mainly depends on the friction coefficient and pressure force between the fibers and the cylinder. Analytical solutions of the newly designed, i.e., the recommended content of the rubber bushing of the supply cylinder are given. In the process of impacting the fiber coil with the cylinder providing the content, forces are generated and the cylinder's gravity force, centrifugal force; rubber bush unit strength, fiber plug unit strength; friction force and reaction force were calculated.
