Abstract

This article examines the basic principles of civil law, their content and significance in society. The role of basic principles in the process of lawmaking and law enforcement is analyzed, their role in regulating relations between citizens and legal entities is analyzed. Also, the importance of these principles in ensuring legal stability, justice and equality is illustrated using practical examples.
